We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of the "FloMax Dual-Fluid Nozzle" at a coal producer in the United States. The company needed to dissipate methane gas in underground mines to eliminate the risk of ignition, but the single-fluid nozzles equipped on the continuous miners were unable to generate the small particles necessary to humidify the surrounding area. After the implementation, the safety of the coal mine was secured, and it became possible to mine previously undeveloped areas.
